About the Program

The Primary Care Service Line strives to provide Veteran Centered Care with great service, seamless access and highest quality of care.

Primary Care consists of seven (7) primary care clinics, one (1) Women's clinic located within the main facility, and two (2) Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) located in Jacksonville and Wilmington.  Our Physicians are Board Certified in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice.  Our Mid-level providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) are certified in their specific areas.
