Village Green shuttle starts operations

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – A new shuttle service is now available to ferry Veterans between the Fayetteville VA Medical Center and the Village Green Primary Care Annex.

The new service will make it easier for Veterans who have appointments at both facilities, or who need to travel to both for specialty care or testing. The free shuttle service operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Scheduled departure times for the Medical Center to Village Green shuttle are 8:20 and 10:20 a.m.; 12:20 and 2:20 p.m. Trips from Village Green to the Medical Center will depart at 9:20 and 11:20 a.m.; 1:20 and 3:20 p.m. Vans will begin loading 20 minutes prior to the departure time in front of the Village Green building and at the hospital’s outpatient entrance.

Patients should allow for 25 minutes of travel time to ensure they arrive at their destination in time for their scheduled appointments.
