GOLDSBORO, NC – Fayetteville VA Medical Center will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Goldsboro Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) on Monday, July 29 at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will be held on the lawn area at the clinic located at 2610 Hospital Road in Goldsboro, NC.
“We are very excited to bring area Veterans a $1.5 million clinic that is close to home,” said Elizabeth Goolsby, Fayetteville VAMC Director. “Our staff began seeing patients this month and is ensuring our Veterans have continued access to the health care services they deserve and need. We thank everyone for the warm welcome to Wayne County and look forward to working with our local community and military partners to expand exceptional health care to area Veterans.”
The Goldsboro CBOC will provide VA health care services to area Veterans living in Wayne, Duplin, Lenoir, Sampson and surrounding counties.
