Jacksonville, North Carolina – Fayetteville VA Medical Center is proud to announce Melinda Miller, Nurse Practitioner, as the newest Primary Care Provider for the Jacksonville Community-Based Outreach Clinic, effective May 10, 2012.  The Jacksonville CBOC is located at Jacksonville, NC to provide primary health care and mental health services for Veterans in and around the Jacksonville metro area.

Melinda Miller is a board-certified adult Nurse Practitioner whose scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems. She joined the Department of Veteran Affairs in 2006 as a primary care provider in Ohio and also worked with the Department of Veteran Affairs in Florida.  She recently transferred to the Jacksonville CBOC with special clinical interests in dermatology and women’s health care.
