Fayetteville VA Medical Center Honors Veterans During The Annual Memorial Day Program
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The Fayetteville VA Medical Center will honor Veterans with a Memorial Day program on Friday, May 25, at 11:00 a.m. in the auditorium located on the third floor of the medical center.
The guest speaker for the program will be Colonel Brian T. Canfield, Commander of Womack Army Medical Center. The program also includes the Laying of the Wreath Ceremony and patriotic music performed by the United States Army Ground Forces Band Brass Quintet. The public is invited to attend.
“VA employees, Veterans, military members and their families are invited to join us as we honor our Veterans and those who served before them,” said Fayetteville VA Medical Center Director, Betty Goolsby. “This is a day of remembrance that has significant meaning for our nation's Veterans who deserve support and recognition of their service and the losses they may have experienced.”
