Media Advisory - VA Hosts Breast Cancer Awareness Walk

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.  -  The Fayetteville VA Medical Center's Women Veterans Health Clinic will sponsor "100 Women in Pink," a breast cancer awareness walk, on Wednesday, October 13 at 10 a.m.  The walk will take place at the center's fitness trail and Geriatric Park.

 The walk will also celebrate the life of breast cancer survivors in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Participants are asked to wear pink in observance of the month.
