About the Program
The Primary Care Service Line strives to provide Veteran Centered Care with great service, seamless access and highest quality of care.
Primary Care consists of 64 primary care teams, also known as PACT (Patient aligned Care Teams) throughout the Fayetteville enterprise. We hprovide primary care at our two Health Care Centers – 1 in Fayetteville and 1 in Wilmington, Community-based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Goldsboro, Hamlet, Jacksonville, Robeson County and Sanford as well as our Brunswick County Outreach Center located in Supply, NC. Our Physicians are Board Certified in Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice. Our Mid-level providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) are certified in their specific areas.
