BRUNSWICK COUNTY CBOC RELOCATES JUNE 26, 2017. Fayetteville VA’s Brunswick County Outreach Clinic got a new name and a new location June 26. Now called Brunswick County Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), VA is seeing patients at 18 Doctors Circle (Units 2 & 3), Supply NC 28462, less than ½ mile from the old clinic. When all three suites are utilized, the new clinic will be approx. 9,500 sq. ft., almost 5 times the size of the clinic it is replacing. The clinic will initially offer primary care services, Mon thru Fri, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Telehealth services available as well as mail order Pharmacy. Until new phone service and numbers are available, callers should continue to dial (910) 754-6141 to reach the clinic. JACKSONVILLE CBOC NOW OPEN. VA has been seeing patients since January 2016 at the new Jacksonville replacement Community Based Outpatient Clinic at 4006 Henderson Drive.
At 15,000 square feet, the Henderson Drive site is more than twice the size of the previous VA Midway Park facility it replaced.

Note: UCC does not provide emergency medical care; all Veterans who are having a life threatening medical emergency should call 911 from their home to be transported to the closest community hospital. Inpatient services remain available around the clock at the Main Hospital.
